We really enjoyed this place, as it was the best hotel. We had a mini-fridge-bar, a personal safe, and central heating in the twin room. There was free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the service in general was excellent. Had opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost...

The room was nice. Recently renovated and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice buffet (if you are willing to ignore the fact about food poisoning). Other eras of the hotel is old, but is said to be renovated this summer.
Our room was on 3. floor, just above the bar/dancing floor. Absolutely impossible to sleep until the live music stopped at about 3AM. The hotel let us change room at day two. Our three children got ill with abdominal infection. Doctor diagnosed food poisoning and the rest of the holiday was spent nursing the children. The hotel ski lift is free, but because of that, the ski pas for the whole area is full price (60 TYL). Other hotels give you 50% reduction. For experienced skiers, the hotel slope is to easy, and crowded with Turks with and without skies -most of the skiers totally without control. The "black" slopes ind the new area was almost deserted. The hotel wireless service is expensive and with only one IP-adress pr purchase.

Better price for a very good location. Very close to ski slopes. Decent food and personnel.
Ski equipment rental is much more expensive in the hotel than the local competition.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Jura Hotels Kervansaray. The rooms were clean and newly refurbished, providing a comfortable and modern atmosphere. The hotel's location right in front of the ski lift was incredibly convenient for accessing the slopes. The dining room staff were friendly and attentive, and the food exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel for a ski getaway.

If you're looking for a ski trip, this hotel is in a great location. The hotel is right on the slopes, so you can easily ski in and out. The food provided at the hotel was also great with lots of options to choose from. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable.
The hotel was a bit too hot, so this made it difficult to sleep. all the extras, like wifi and drinks, were very expensive which added up quickly.

Location and facilities Food quality is good
Hotel team is not speaking good english... Starting by reception and management; speak medium english facilities such as skiing and restaurant has no English at all Hotel has no transportation facility I faced a trouble in confirming my reservation due to English problem as well as conflict with the reservation policy (Hotel claim that this is due to an error at Booked.net)!
